Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the name you provide, your message, attachments and technical email headers. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, maintain relevant business correspondence and take any steps you request before entering into a contract.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in managing and responding to business enquiries. Where an enquiry concerns a contract with you, we may also process information to take steps at your request before that contract or to perform it. We may retain records where necessary to meet a legal obligation.
Providing information by email is voluntary. Please send only what is needed for your enquiry. Without sufficient contact information, we may not be able to respond.
Visiting this website
This is an informational website. It has no customer accounts, enquiry forms, advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and its fonts are served directly from the site.
Cloudflare provides website delivery and security services. It may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs and security events to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Essential security cookies may be used where Cloudflare's protection features require them. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website for this technical processing.
Service providers and international processing
Our website hosting, security, email-routing and email-storage providers process information needed to provide their services. Incoming email is routed through Cloudflare and stored in our private mailbox using Supabase. Access is limited to business administration and service provision; we do not sell enquiry information.
These providers may process information outside the UK. Their data-processing terms describe the applicable transfer safeguards, including contractual safeguards where relevant. How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. When deciding whether a record is still needed, we consider outstanding correspondence, contractual matters, relevant legal or accounting requirements and the need to establish or defend legal claims. Records that no longer serve those purposes should be deleted. Technical information held by service providers is subject to their retention arrangements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of its use or a portable copy.
You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise a right, contact support@deservedcommerce.co.uk. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law.
We do not use information from this website for solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
